Day 15: Blogging 101 (B)

Today’s task: develop a regular feature for your blog.

This reminded me of an idea I have been toying around with for a while. I am not sure what kind of regular feature to offer for my blog.

Some ideas I had:

1. Monthly book review
2. Q&A with my fellow readers/followers
3. A writing contest – just for fun
4. Listing of monthly writing contests
5. Guest blogger monthly – I would extend the invitation to a random reader/follower

I love to read. Although I lost more than half of my books during the move, I still have some to work with. It will take thousands of dollars to replace all my books. I just hope I can remember all of the ones I had. I think I should start making a record of what books I have. I would hate to have to go through this again, playing the “Figure out what books are missing” game.

For the question and answer idea, your question could be about anything related to writing or blogging.

*Note: must re-purchase Blogging for Writers: How Authors and Writers Build Successful Blogs* (That and another writing book were Christmas gifts from my husband. Those were lost in the move. Ugh! I guess that is what happens when everything is rushed. sigh)
